Can I return a product without a fault?
Yes, if the product is returned within 7 working days of purchase, we can refund the cost of the goods (excluding delivery). Goods must be sent unopened in the condition that they were supplied. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (up to 25%) for damaged goods, or the right to refuse a refund in exceptional circumstances (goods will be returned back to customer).

Do you cover delivery costs for returns?
Customers returning goods as faulty within 7 working days of purchase, will be entitled to refund coverage of their UK postal costs (subject to pre-approval).

How do I return a product to you?
Every product return must be sent with an RMA number, this can be obtained from our Customer Support department. Any product returned without an RMA will be rejected. The RMA number will be trackable to follow the progress of your return. We provide a you an address in correspondence to return goods to.

Who do I contact about warranty issues?
Unlike other retailers, we look after our customers directly for the period of the warranty. Meaning free customer support on your product for up to 5 years! Simply contact our Customer Support department, and will arrange for any servicing issues to be remedied promptly. We take care of shipping the item to the manufacturers for repair, and send you the repaired/replaced item/s.

Who pays the delivery costs for warranty cases?
We cover the delivery costs from ourselves to the manufacturer, then manufacturer to the customer (sometimes via ourselves).

Do you charge an inspection fee for non-faulty goods returned?
In exceptional circumstances where goods are returned under warranty for repair/replacement, and show no sign of fault, we may charge a small inspection fee. This will not exceed £15 + VAT + return delivery.

Will you service an item out of warranty?
We are not covered to service an item out of warranty. However, if we have a quick solution for you, our Customer Support is happy to share this information with you. We can also forward any out of warranty service issues directly to the manufacturer to handle.
