Being able to watch many 24 hour hardcore adult channels has always been a big selling point of getting a foreign satellite TV system.

If you require multiple smartcards - you can either swap cards in and out of the receiver's smartcard slot at ease, or purchase a receiver with 2 or more smartcard readers. A receiver that has a Common Interface slot can accept a Viaccess or Irdeto CAM module - this is a slot-in piece of hardware which acts as a smartcard reader.
