"I bought some equipment a few months ago and I'm very happy. My initial order was out of stock but someone called me on the phone the same day, explained the situation and offered an alternative which I took after we discussed the specifications. I appreciated the call as sometimes when this happens you get no contact from the retailer while he waits for stock and this can get very frustrating. I once waited 3 weeks for a battery for a golf trolley before the retailer decided he couldn't get the stock - so he had my cash for 3 weeks plus I was denied the chance to get an alternative more quickly. So - sorry for boring you with my golf story but it does illustrate one of the things I liked about SatEuropa compared to some other on-line retailers. I guess you might be able to improve by noting equipment that's out of stock on the website and noting alternatives but if you're following up orders like you did then maybe it's not such a problem. I'd certainly come back to your site next time I'm looking for some equipment."

"I think the web site and service is very good.  I was more than happy with the service that I received from you with regards to ease of ordering the goods, speed of delivery and the technical advice that I required after purchase. One suggestion - possibly a directory of Registered Installers for people who purchase but perhaps don't have the knowledge or know how to undertake the full installation of equipment themselves as I found it quite difficult in my area (Nuneaton , nr Coventry) to find anyone who wanted to take on the job.  I realize that you have to be careful here as not every tradesman is good as another and if recommending someone who turns out not to be 100% could have a bad reflection back on Sat Europa. Just an idea! All in all I'm really impressed with your company and service."

One slight disappointment is the there’s nothing much about the new BBC / ITV FreeSat service, which is allegedly imminent. In fact, there’s not much info about it anywhere.
